Olfactory profile:
Pine, terpene, lilac, citrus, woody, floral and a touch of lime. Alpha Terpineol is one of the most commonly used materials for floral and pine notes, particularly lilac.
The quality of terpineol varies greatly - this is 92% pure grade.
To me personally, a-terpineol smells like those public toilet fragrance blocks, so I don't like to use it. However sometimes it is necessary in florals I just try and keep it to a minimum. Adding a touch of Linden blossom base makes it easier to deal with.
