Payments and Refunds

Payments can be made by credit card, Paypal, Afterpay or bank transfer. Currencies supported (selected at the top, left hand corner of the page) are Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Euro, Pounds Stirling and US Dollar.

Evocative Perfumes uses Stripe to provide you with the safest means available of making online credit/debit card payments. Evocative Perfumes never accesses your credit card information as this is handled by the bank that manages the transaction. No credit card information is stored in our website. Evocative Perfumes will not be liable for any fraudulent use of credit cards for making purchases on our website.

Credit cards accepted are those that are accepted by Stripe - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB

Payments outside of the website can also be made via PaypalMe at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/evocativeperfumes

Refunds are generally only offered as a result of major leakage during transit, where there is no other damage to the package (photographic evidence may be requested) or if the incorrect product was supplied.

The products are pictured and accurately described as best as possible. The onus is on you to read the item description and do your own research on the nature and suitability of the materials offered.
Products are packaged to prevent damage or leakage during transit and Evocative Perfumes is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit or after reception of the product.
Evocative Perfumes will not accept return of product due to change of mind or subjective personal taste issues.
