Your purchase will be delivered exclusively by Australia Post. If your product has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at perfumer@evocativeperfumes.com
For customers outside of Australia, once the parcel reaches your border it will be held until it clears your country's customs inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which Evocative Perfumes has no control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to various restrictions, we are not able to send products by mail to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Bolivia, Brunei, Dominican Republic, Equador, Faroe Islands, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Slovenia, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
