Olfactory profile:

Fresh, herbal, floral, spicy, aromatic and camphoreous. 
40/42 is actually a blend of lavender oils combined to achieve a standard 40-42% of linalyl acetate content. This is an industry standard that helps avoid variations in the oils from different distillers and regions and provides a consistent lavender reference. Think of it as a Standard Lavender.
Really very nice and the only lavender I use.
